Antipode Finder (“the app”) is published by Nandor Dudas. Contact: nandor.dudas@gmail.com.
If you tap “Find my antipode”, the app reads your precise GPS coordinates (latitude and longitude), a timestamp, and the estimated accuracy in meters. You can skip this and type coordinates yourself.
Location is used only to calculate and display your antipodal point — the spot opposite you on the globe. This is the app’s core function.
Location is processed on your device. This version of the app does not upload your location to our servers and does not create an account.
Only you, on your device. If you tap Share, the app opens your device’s share sheet with a text summary of the coordinates. We do not send that text anywhere ourselves.
Optional map previews load tiles from OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors). Those tile requests can imply an approximate area. See OpenStreetMap’s privacy policy.
We do not keep a server-side copy of your location. Uninstall the app to remove any data stored on the device. You can also email nandor.dudas@gmail.com for a deletion request.
The app is not directed at children under 13.
If this policy changes, we will update the date above and the copy inside the app.
